“It is great that human rights are seen as a priority when it comes to IG, and it’s equally important that users know that they have rights online. The African School on Internet Governance (AfriSIG) is an annual five-day residential course run by the Association for Progressive Communications (APC) and the NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency.
